After completing his diploma studies in 2017, Moritz Völkl began his three-year position as a university assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Juridicum in Vienna. During this time, he also gave several lectures across a broad field of legal sciences at the university and had been helping as a legal associate at Jandl & Schöberl Rechtsanwälte GmbH since the beginning of his studies in 2012.

In 2020, Moritz Voelkl began his career as a trainee lawyer at Jandl & Schöberl and has been registered as an attorney since 2025. He is the author of numerous publications in the fields of general civil law, constitutional law, and tenancy and condominium law.
