The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Disabled Persons operates a arbitration Service in accordance with Section 16 of the Federal Government Act (BGG).
 
You may contact the arbitration Service if you are not satisfied with the responses you received through the contact options listed above. The mediation process is free of charge. You also do not need legal representation.

On the website of the arbitration Service, you will find all the information you need about the mediation process. There, you can read about how the mediation process works and how to file a request for mediation. You can also submit your request in easy-to-read language or in German Sign Language.
